Limited Product Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage
ARMOR warrants that all ARMOR products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for a period of twelve (12) months. This warranty begins upon receipt of the ARMOR product by the customer.
2. Warranty Claims
If you or your customer identify a defect in an ARMOR product within the warranty period, please notify ARMOR as soon as possible. To submit a warranty claim, follow these steps:
- Visit our Support Portal.
- Submit a new ticket and select the reason as Warranty Submission.
- Provide detailed information about the defect and cooperate in the investigation of the claim.
If an ARMOR product is confirmed to be non-conforming during the warranty period, ARMOR will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective product, or
- Replace the defective product, or
- Refund the purchase price paid for the non-conforming product.
3. Warranty Exclusions
Please note that the warranty does not cover the following circumstances:
- Failure to notify ARMOR in writing about the defect within the warranty period.
- Misuse, neglect, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its specifications or instructions.
- Modifications, improper installation, handling, or maintenance of the product.
Additionally, except as explicitly authorized by ARMOR, resellers are not permitted to service, repair, modify, alter, replace, reverse engineer, or otherwise change ARMOR products they sell to customers. Resellers are also not authorized to provide their own warranty for ARMOR products.

This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
ARMOR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use ARMOR products, regardless of whether ARMOR has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
