How to Create a New Inventory (Mobile)
Step 1: Log into the ARMOR Asset Management Mobile App
- Open the ARMOR Asset Management Mobile App
- Tap Log In
- Once logged in, you should be on the My Fleet page
- If you have trouble logging in, use the Forgot Password option or contact your system administrator
Step 2: Navigate to Site Inventory
- On the My Fleet page, scroll down to Quick Actions
- Tap Site Inventory
Step 3: Create a New Inventory
- Tap the + button to start a new inventory
- Enter the required details:
- Inventory Name: Choose a clear, descriptive name
- Site Location: Search and select from your existing sites
- Description (Optional): Describe the purpose and scope
- Due Date (Optional): Set a target completion date
- Tap Create
Step 4: Manage Users & Send Invites
- Set the inventory status to Activate or Save as Draft
- Invite users to participate:
- Manager: Can access, edit, and approve submissions
- Submitter: Receives a link to submit inventory without needing an account
- Enter email addresses (one per line or comma-separated)
- Add an optional message for recipients
- Tap Send Invites
