Step 1: Log into the ARMORdata Dashboard
- Open your web browser and go to ARMORdata.com
- Enter your username and password
- Click Log In
- Once logged in, you will be on the ARMORdata dashboard
- If you have trouble logging in, use the Forgot Password option or contact your system administrator
Step 2: Navigate to the Asset Needing Parts
- On the left panel, click the icon that looks like a microchip labeled Assets
- You should now be able to see all your assets
- In the Search Bar, you can type in:
- Manufacturer
- Model
- Serial number
- Asset location (store number, warehouse name, street address)
- IMEI
- This will help narrow down the asset you are looking for
Step 3: Order Parts
- On the asset summary card, click the icon that looks like two small gears
- This opens the Create Part Order screen with asset information
- Find and fill in the following fields:
- QTY (Quantity)
- Description
- SKU/Part Number (if available)
- In Order Notes, describe the parts needed
- If you have an image of the parts, you can upload it to the order
- If you have a link for an attachment, you can add it under the images section
- Once everything is complete:
- Click Submit Order, or
- Click Submit for Approval (if required by your organization)
