How to Create a Service Order on Mobile

Step 1: Open the ARMOR Asset Management App

  • Open the ARMOR Asset Management App
  • Enter your username and password
  • Click Log In
  • If you have trouble logging in, use the Forgot Password option or contact your system administrator

Step 2: Navigate to the Asset Needing a Service Order

  • Find the Asset you would like to order service for.
  • Click the Order Service button at the top of the screen.

Step 3: Order Service

  • This opens the New Order screen.
  • If you have an image of the issue, you can upload it by clicking the Photo box
  • In the box labeled Description, enter detailed information about the issue
  • In the Additional Notes field, include any helpful details for the technician, such as:
    • Who to check in with on site
    • Access requirements for the machine
    • The current location of the asset
  • Once everything is complete:
    • Click Submit Order
