Step 1: Open the ARMOR Asset Management App
- Open the ARMOR Asset Management App
- Enter your username and password
- Click Log In
- If you have trouble logging in, use the Forgot Password option or contact your system administrator
Step 2: Navigate to the Asset Needing a Service Order
- Scroll down to the section labeled Quick Actions
- Click the Order Parts / Service button
- Select Service Call
- Select the site the asset is located
- Select the asset needing service
Step 3: Order Service
- This opens the Create Service Order screen with asset information
- If you have an image of the issue, you can upload it by clicking the Photo box
- In the box labeled Description, enter detailed information about the issue
- In the Additional Notes field, include any helpful details for the technician, such as:
- Who to check in with on site
- Access requirements for the machine
- The current location of the asset
- Once everything is complete:
- Click Submit Order, or
- Click Submit for Approval (if required by your organization)
