How to Create a Parts Order on Mobile

Step 1: Open the ARMOR Asset Management App

  • Open the ARMOR Asset Management App
  • Enter your username and password
  • Click Log In
  • If you have trouble logging in, use the Forgot Password option or contact your system administrator

Step 2: Navigate to the Asset Needing a Parts Order

  • Scroll down to the section labeled Quick Actions
  • Click the Order Parts / Service button
  • Select Parts Order
  • Select the site the asset is located
  • Select the asset needing parts

Step 3: Order Parts

  • This opens the Create Parts Order screen with asset information
  • If you have an image of the issue, you can upload it by clicking the Photo box
  • In the box labeled Description, enter detailed information about the parts needed
  • In the Notes field, include any helpful details for the parts provider, such as:
    • Location of the part
    • Any additional hardware required
    • Other relevant details for the parts provider
  • In the final fields, you can add:
    • Part names
    • Part numbers
    • Quantity (if known)
  • Once everything is complete click Submit Order.
