How to Create a New User Log-In

Step 1: Log into the ARMORdata Dashboard

• Open your web browser and go to ARMORdata.com
• Enter your username and password
• Click Log In
• Once logged in, you will be on the ARMORdata dashboard
• If you have trouble logging in, use the Forgot Password option or contact your system administrator

Step 2: Navigate to User Set Up

• On the left panel, click the icon that looks like a gearwheel labeled Administration
• Find and click the Users button
• Locate and click the + New button

Step 3: Set Up a New User

• On the Create User card, enter the following information:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Time Zone
• In the Role dropdown, select the appropriate access level:
  • Admin – Full access to everything in the account
  • Regular – Can create/edit assets and sites but cannot create new users
  • View – Can only view assets and data, no editing permissions
• In the Account dropdown, select the account the user should access
• In the Security Scope dropdown, leave it as Inherit From Account

• In the Delegate Access dropdown, leave it as No Delegate Access
• Optionally:
  • Check or uncheck Send Welcome Email depending on whether you want the user to receive setup instructions
