HOWTO - Create a new user account

Follow the guide below to create a new user account on the ARMOR Asset Management platform.

NOTE: You must have an "Admin" level account role to create new users.

1. Login to the ARMOR Asset Management platform at https://app.armordata.io
2. Click on Administration in the left menu bar.
   1. Click on Users
   2. 
3. In the user management window, click on New User button at the top right of the screen

4. Fill out the fields in the New User window that opens, and press Create User when complete.

   2. User Roles are defined as follows
      1. Admin - This user role has full access to everything visible to their "Account". Admin accounts are set as the first registered user, by ARMOR support staff, or organizationally defined.
      2. Regular - This user has full access to create/edit assets and sites but has not security privileges to create new users or API tokens. 
      3. View - This user role has "view only" access to the data.
5. A Welcome email will be sent to the email address that was filled in. Instruct your new user to complete the activation of their account. Additional guides, and support materials are included in the email to assist with user onboarding.
